En-Gedi Children’s Home March 2025 Pictorial Update

Dear friends and co-workers in Christ Jesus,
Our Lord God saw us successfully through the year 2024 and the 1st quarter of 2025 is almost gone, and our God is with us every step of the way. I believe that you, like us, have the same testimony.

We continue to have the joy of serving our children – now 26, and sharing God’s love with them. We get encouraged in many ways and one of them is this Pope Francis’ quote: “Rivers do not drink their own water; trees do not eat their own fruit; the sun does not shine on itself and flowers do not spread their fragrance for themselves.

Living for others is a rule of nature. We are all born to help each other. No
matter how difficult it is…life is good when you are happy; but much better when others are happy
because of you”.

Together, we continue to bring a lot of joy to God’s special children of En-Gedi Home. Though most are not able to say a word, many are able to smile as an expression of their joy.

Your prayers, your financial and material support, your visits and your thoughts bring joy and encouragement to all of us and definitely to God who orders our lives. May you all experience happiness and joy in serving with us.

Praises and prayer requests: Thank God with us for his provisions; for good health of our children and staff and for the angels watching and guarding us always. Thank God that after a long wait, we will now be able to purchase the land adjacent to us for En-Gedi’s expansion.

Please continue to pray with us for God’s favor towards renewal of our income tax exemption certificate. Also pray that the new government health insurance will have a provision for health
cover for children in Children’s’ homes. Pray for safe travels for me in the coming months.

I love you all,

Let’s keep trusting our God for our everyday lives.

“Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken, but endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forevermore”. Psalms 125:1&2
